WORK EXPERIENCE:
Freelance Narrative Designer (April 2023 – Present)
- Projects include romantic and horror visual novels for StoryLoom (Stranded and The Pale Ones), writing character-establishing cut scenes for Lost Lake Games.
- Planned overarching game narrative for the campaign mode.
- Wrote text for the game (from blurbs to text dialogues between the player and characters).
- Designed content for levels (this included mood-boarding, game balancing, and direct communication with art department).
Content Designer, Jam City (Dec. 2021 - Aug. 2022)
- Designed the content for levels in an interior design mobile game, which included sourcing art inspiration, interfacing with art, and balancing level difficulty.
QA Story Tester, Pixelberry (Feb. 2019 - Aug. 2020)
- Tested the interactive visual novels on the app Choices for grammar, technical bugs, and sensitivity.
